Dia de los Muertos Tree

Feliz Navidad! Our tree is in the spirit of Dia De Los Muertos or Day of the Dead! It is the tree that you can put up in October and carry through all the way to Christmas. All of the ornaments are handmade and decorated. Some have even been made by the staff at Hat Six travel Center. Staying with tradition the ornaments are all decorated with sugar skulls and Marigold flowers. Also the tradition of Dia De Los Muertos, drawing from indigenous and European traditions, is honoring passed loved ones. The Marigold flowers bring a bright cheery color to celebrate life. This tree is to celebrate all the festive holidays giving reflection of the past and creating a fun twist for your holiday traditions.
